The offer is in, testing done, all that remains is word from the bank. Hopefully in the next 42 days, the selling bank will call my parents, or their relater, and say the offer has been approved and we are good to go on the house! I'm dreaming of sheep, chickens, maybe some goats, and fresh produce! Looking forward to off-street parking, in-house laundry, and better internet. Looking forward to farmers markets, old friends, and sunshine!
