One step closer to home

Woo hoo! We heard yesterday that the sellers bank has signed off on the sale of the house after the seven-month wait we expected to be 30 days. Now the seller will sign off within a couple days, then our bank will have about a month to approve our loan, then we will sign the final dotted line! Hopefully that will leave just enough time for the roof to be replaced and bottom floor to be refinished before we arrive September 1st for our permanent honeymoon and to get the house looking wonderful for our wedding reception September 14th!
